What we offer
Flexibility & choice
We offer flexibility, allowing most of the team to work from wherever you’re most comfortable and productive, depending on the requirements of the role. Spilt your time between your home or our city centre offices in London or Liverpool.
If you fancy visiting family and friends abroad, or extending a holiday, we offer you the opportunity to work abroad. Plus, you can buy and sell up to five days holiday a year, for times when you might need some extra cash or a longer break.
On top of your salary, we also include an additional cash allowance that you can use on whatever matters most to you – private medical, topping up your pension, or putting the cash directly in your pocket.
